3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Please check the package condition at the time of delivery.
- If the parcel appears damaged externally, inform the courier immediately.
- Once the parcel is accepted and opened, return requests must follow our 48-hour policy.
If a customer repeatedly refuses confirmed COD orders, Herbe Cosmetic reserves the right to restrict future COD purchases.
